FAQ’s for Photographer Store

• Sadly I cannot troubleshoot your system, all products, digital downloads and items posted to this website has been extensively tested and tried to make sure they are in perfect working order.

• If you have purchased IMAGE files and it seems like you cannot open them, please make sure they are completely FINISHED downloading before you get upset, they are only image files, and need to finish downloading before they will be available.

• By purchasing any of my digital goods, images or other items, you agree NOT to share, redistribute, sell, alter or give away in ANY form what so ever.

• If you are an educator, you agree you CANNOT give away, claim as your own or redistribute in ANY way.

• I cannot offer help for any items purchased MORE than ONE year ago. As items change, as photoshop changes, I remove items and change items constantly. You have 24 hours to download your purchase, please don’t come back to me years later saying your item never downloaded, I will not be able to help anyone who contacts me years later.

• Refunds are never offered for digital goods, once you have them, you cannot give them back.
